Europe at School
This project deals with the introducing of the international project Europe at School in Macedonia . European House Skopje was accepted as the Macedonian Preparatory Committee of Europe at School on the 45 th Meeting of the European Committee of Europe at School. The project in this phase will perform the following activities:
- establishing the Macedonian Committee of Europe at School;
- organise a pilot contest;
- prize-giving ceremony on May 9 th the day of Europe ;
- publish a prize-winners brochure.
The project duration is from December 2003- June 2004. Starting from September 2004, Europe at School will function on annual (school year) basis. more...
54 th Anniversary of the Schuman declaration
The project contains of international conference and a prise-giving ceremony of the Europe at School contest. The conference will highlight the message of the Schuman Declaration in the context of EU and South-East Europe, whit the presents of important European and domestic politicians and representatives. The prise-giving ceremony will highlight the European massage from youth's point of view. The award winners will be the ones that will give speeches, sending the European massage to Macedonia. So we'll have the juniors and the seniors promoting the European idea. more...
CEI Youth training
Our organisation was a part of the 3rd CEI Youth Forum in Warsaw . Following the conclusions and the Final declaration Quality and Security of jobs for yang people , we will organise a Training course on Organizational Management of youth non-governmental Organisations as a part of the implementation process. more...
Citizens for a better local-self government
The project is dealing with the strengthening of the local governmental institutions in Macedonia . In this case we are addressing the new law for territorial division of Macedonia . We will perform a research in Bulgaria , as our neighboring country, to study their local self-government system closely, and present the results in front of our competent institutions. The project will last 6 months, divided into 4 phases. The result of the research will be a brochure that will be a summary of the results and the key of the presentation. The results will be used in the public debate prior the adopting the new law and the phase of implementation, as the most sensitive one.
Anti drugs and alcohol campaign
Project goal is to educate young people of the negative effects of drugs and alcohol. Addressing the problem by an "aggressive" informative campaign, we will raise the level of youth's knowledge about drugs and alcohol. The brochure offers information of all the known negative effects of using drugs and alcohol. The friendly approach, we think that will be the major point in the efficiency of the project. The target group of the project is Secondary school students and university students in Macedonia.
Macedonia and the Candidate countries
Is a workshop that will be organised in order to gain the experiences of the Candidate countries for the EU membership that will become members in 2004. The representatives from the Candidate countries will present their experience gained in the pre-accession period addressing the Structure of the Economy . The gathered information will be use to create a comparative study that will show the position of Macedonia and the Candidate Countries.
